How to produce zinc sulfate monohydrate by the secondary zinc oxide?

According to the experiment, the recovery of Zn, Pb, Ge in secondary zinc oxide exceed 87%, 95% and 90%. There is another thing which is worthy to be figured out: Because the effective is not obvious by secondary acid leaching process. Thus, there is no need to add this process when producing.

Using the secondary zinc oxide as raw materials for trail production for a month, we produced feed grade zinc sulfate monohydrate nearly 100 Tons, and the Zn content achieve 35%, and the heavy metals of Pb, Cd and As are up to standard.
